Hi, I work with a small tutoring organization called Tutorpedia. We provide tutoring in all academic subjects for students grades k-12. Our approach supports students in improving academically, while also helping them develop confidence and motivation. 我的孩子很挑剔，不少别人评价好的老师她不喜欢，不知这位老师哪里对付了，她喜欢听他的课。可能是因为有几次老师提问她，她回答不错受到鼓励，从此她就提起兴趣了。可见老师的鼓励有多重要，但是很多老师（和boss）不懂这点。
